About Me

Hi! My name is Esti. I am a licensed mental health counselor located in Red Bank. I specialize in working with adults through individual counseling and couples counseling. I offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space to heal from and cope with anxiety, trauma, self esteem, depression, anger and relationship issues. I will work with you to discover what you need to heal and become your most genuine and happiest self.

Why I Became a Mental Health Counselor

I became a mental health counselor because I wanted to help people. Many people struggle with difficult situations and challenges but learning how to cope, manage and make better choices can greatly reduce and minimize their pain. I have always been fascinated by the human mind and how it works, and I believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life. I am passionate about providing a safe and therapeutic space for my clients to heal, grow and transform into their best selves.

My approach to therapy is compassion driven, strength-based and client-centered. I believe that the client is the expert on their own life, and that they have the strength within to make the changes needed to improve their lives. I also believe that therapy is a two-way street, and I will work with you to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.
